1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern entry to the Zupps Mt Gravatt SPIN & WIN Promotion ("Promotion"). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Promotion is a game of chance. No skill plays a part in determining prize outcomes.

1.3 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other information or material, these Terms prevail.

1.4 Terms are available in-store and online at zupps.com.au during the Promotion Period.

1.5 The Promoter's decisions are final and binding.

3. Eligibility & Entry

3.1 Open to individuals aged 18+ who visit the showroom, speak with staff, and participate in-store.

3.2 Employees and immediate family of the Promoter are ineligible.

3.3 One spin per eligible enquiry or purchase unless otherwise approved.

3.4 Invalid entries outside the Promotion Period are void.

3.5 Fraud or tampering results in disqualification.

4. Prizes

Includes: 2-year Schmick membership, Free Tint, Free Paint Protection, $1000 Fuel Card, Free Front BlackVue Dash Cam.

Prizes are randomly allocated and not transferable or redeemable for cash.

5. Prize Redemption

5.1 Applied to vehicle contracts at point of sale.

5.2 Applied at delivery unless otherwise arranged.

5.3 Must be claimed and used by 17 May 2026.

6. Publicity

Entrants agree to promotional use of name, image, and content without compensation.

7. Liability

Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, or technical issues related to participation.

8. Privacy

Personal information is collected for promotion purposes and may be used for marketing in accordance with privacy policy.

9. General

Terms may be updated if required. Governed by Queensland law.
