MITSUBISHI SERVICING FAQS

How often should I get my Mitsubishi serviced?

It’s a great idea to get your vehicle serviced regularly to make sure it’s performing its best and so your investment is looked after. Your Mitsubishi should be serviced every 12 months or 15,000 km, but more frequent servicing may be required depending on the driving conditions. It’s best to check your Service and Warranty Booklet to find out when and how often servicing is needed.

What happens if I miss or delay a regular Mitsubishi vehicle service?

There’s an increased risk of premature deterioration of some engine components without regular servicing. If your Mitsubishi has Capped Price Servicing, you may not get the total number of services under this program. Missing a regular service, or servicing outside of the Mitsubishi national dealer network, will also mean that your vehicle isn’t eligible for the Extended Warranty. Regular servicing is important for top performance, so if you miss a service due date speak with our team for a solution.

What happens if non Mitsubishi approved parts are fitted to my vehicle during a service?

Mitsubishi strongly recommends that only genuine Mitsubishi parts are fitted to your vehicle to keep it running as smoothly as possible. If a problem or damage occurs as a result of using non genuine parts or non approved fluids or lubricants, your warranty is unlikely to cover the component affected or related components. Our factory trained technicians will only use the right parts for your Mitsubishi vehicle.
